  • Glass: 4-layer tempered argon-filled panels with integrated microscopic heating wire to melt snow automatically.
  • Interior: Local Finnish Birch and custom acoustic paneling.
  • Insulation: Proprietary sub-floor closed-cell insulation designed for permafrost conditions.
